I felt undervalued and was giving my best to managers who took advantage and only wanted to throw me under the bus to escape their own lack of accountability, disorganization and filth associated with certain stores . My compensation would've made me feel better if I wasn't spending on parking daily

I pay to park everyday and it's 10 to 15 a day I don't receive a parking pass etc. And I only get paid 14.50 n hour . I have been there for 11 months now and don't want to find another job but it's becoming to expensive to work here.

I have been working here for 7 years with no PTO, while employees that started a year ago make the same as me, do get PTO, and been caught stealing or off drugs on the job with no punishments.

I feel undervalued because i don't get to have bonuses when i've worked for the compant for almost 4 years. I'm a ct, and i've never recieved a raise because associates/ct can't get them. I'm extremely valued in my store because i'm the longest employee there, the mangers have left. I deserve more
