Being one sided on situations and accusations
They lead they stay on top and we are always a team first.

they have to start over. kayla meyers of six pines dr is not fit to run a store

They need to get better at treating evreyone with respect and being far to evreyone and stop picking on certain people .
everything is terrible. communication, managers lie about policies, district managers gaslight and help solve little too no issues. All phone numbers given to myself for hr or anyone of higher power, was falsified as well

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Just being recognized for coming in already trained as well as finishing training b4 emplees that have been there since opening having the most customer reviews
I dont recieve any benefits and im a manager. I dont even get enough hours that i was promised when i first started. I have bills
I felt undervalued and was giving my best to managers who took advantage and only wanted to throw me under the bus to escape their own lack of accountability, disorganization and filth associated with certain stores . My compensation would've made me feel better if I wasn't spending on parking daily
I pay to park everyday and it's 10 to 15 a day I don't receive a parking pass etc. And I only get paid 14.50 n hour . I have been there for 11 months now and don't want to find another job but it's becoming to expensive to work here.

The team is strong and we work together sometimes I love it because catering is something I like doing but it looks like I'm just there to stand in the corner

Communication and honesty, gossiping is not going to promote a healthy work environment
They call out every single week, no one listens, and this is all due to poor management and lack of consequences for employees which results in repeated bad behavior

Being completely comfortable and having decorum
The diversity and the job is easy

Good management skills and training
Definitely the management and the efficiency of getting back to troubled employees ESPECIALLY if they have made multiple complaints

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Have a new store manager at 213 tinley park location. Manager needs to be respectful and he needs to know how to talk to his employees
A better general manager or management team
In general the gossip about other people and unprofessional conduct
everything is going wrong. EVERYTHING
the general manager is extremely two faced and childish. She will say anything or throw anyone under the bus to keep herself out of trouble. She does not own up to anything or follow through on her promises
