I have no problems with the benefit, but the management style and stress drove me out of the company. I could have saved the company thru automation. the stress almost killed me.

The expectations of being available 24/7 and putting in 50+ hours on site is exhausting for 5 figures.

I think there are ways to improve benefits, better sick time. Partner with phone companies like many other large corporations for discounts, gym/health club membership...things of this nature.

I have 6 1/2 years in the aerospace industry and 3 1/2 in general manufacturing, my last 2 reviews show I am an outstanding employee yet my pay has remained low due to corporate interference. My manager was told by HR to lower my score/pay increase. I make $0.48 more than an entry level Walmart emp.
