HAVE STUCK TO THEIR WORD AND HAVE MADE THINGS BETTER.WOULD LIKE TO SEE BETTER REWARDS FOR THE 35 YR EMPLOYEES
At the managerial level they show us respect and decently, but at a corporate level employees are treated as disposable and worthless. HR has been instructed by corporate to lower scores in order to provide corporate leverage to terminate employees if they show dissatisfaction with the company.
