Our corporate foundation is really strong and does alot to promote Pure's culture. We also have good Employee Resource Groups to support employees who identify with various underrepresented groups. I enjoy participating in anything these groups do.

The culture is excellent probably from the product being rock solid. This allows the field team to concentrate on selling and not on customer sat issues because there really are not any!

Direction needs to be clearly articulated down to everyone. Seems their was a lack of direction/focus / or communication to everyone.
