What is the onboarding process like at Pure Storage and how long does it last?
Onboarding is great. They are ready from day 1 with your equipment and the information you need to get started. Additionally, within the first quarter after your hire date they fly out all new hires to the headquarters in California to participate in the New Hire Experience, meet executives and receive training. Pretty awesome!

Pure offers a very flexible work environment. For me it is the most flexible job I have had. Part of this is because job performance for many role is measured in quarters and years vs hours and days.

Smart and open-minded. Pure values collaboration- not coerciveness. The company has a pretty good mix of older folks and younger folks that can make delivering storage solutions still kinda exciting. The openess and inclusivess of the company is rather refreshing.
