Not the same company it once was.
Treating Czech nationals fairly compared to long-term expats. Finance expats like to brag about "American salary" in break room and that she would never work for czech korun. Everyone in room becomes unmotivated when she talks like this.

They never question when you need a day off or maybe a few hours during the day to handle urgent personal business. Very flexible
Easy going and trying to grow
Our corporate foundation is really strong and does alot to promote Pure's culture. We also have good Employee Resource Groups to support employees who identify with various underrepresented groups. I enjoy participating in anything these groups do.
It woul help to improve diversity.

Direction needs to be clearly articulated down to everyone. Seems their was a lack of direction/focus / or communication to everyone.
