Easy going and trying to grow

Our corporate foundation is really strong and does alot to promote Pure's culture. We also have good Employee Resource Groups to support employees who identify with various underrepresented groups. I enjoy participating in anything these groups do.

The teams are incredibly collaborative and I find there is a great work/life balance amongst most teams

Direction needs to be clearly articulated down to everyone. Seems their was a lack of direction/focus / or communication to everyone.
