Only concerns are profits which means constant threat of layoffs/"workforce reductions". Hard to believe anything that the c-suite says. Some good people keeping the ship afloat but that could change if some of them realize their worth and look elsewhere. Overworked, underpaid, used and discarded

Put money into R&D and less into legal "shakedowns" of old customers. No one wants to renew when the products are unchanged for 3+ years and the costs are 3x the original

Honesty and transparency. The workers are not dumb and can see through your corporate double-speak. If you are shopping the company, make it a team effort. Don't take away the few benefits like 401k matching to try and resell this heap of tech debt.

Benefits are a joke. Leadership puts policies on paper and then only enforces them when it suites the company. Treat your employees like humans, not numbers in an excel sheet. Maybe some actual training or feedback instead of wasteful SKOs that marketing and c-suite think make an impact.
