The culture is one of micro-management and fear. A few good managers are able to keep their teams focused and motivated but with low pay and constant layoffs, it's becoming impossible.
Management should listen to employees. Employees are undervalued.
Look for good people managers with an open mindset. Some of the middle management haven't changed since years. Take a look on fluctuation and consider where to place new management.
