I've been with the company long enough that my compensation,from pay to retirement, is better than the best. For those with less than 10 yrs don't/won't have it as good. I'm not sad for myself/my family, I'm sad for newer employees and their families. QT has gone from proud family to money hungry

There is a lot of flexibility, no secrets, and everything is tailored to best fit the employee. Not to mention if there is an excess amount paid in premiums it is reimbursed.

Being a part time clerk we do most of the work and keep the store up to standards but yet we don't get bonuses? The long hours and no breaks or lunch is pretty unfair. I'm lucky if I get to eat and when I do it's at the register and I still have to help customers while eating. Doing ALOT for lilpay

Store profit bonuses (which i assumed was to incentivize the store team) can be a majority of your income. My bonus cut during the beginning of the COVID outbreak amounted to an almost 20% overall paycut; all happening while I'm being called a "hero" and "essential worker." Get rid of pay cuts.

The minimum wage is increasing signigicantly in the area I work in. Many other employers are increasing their employees wages due to this. We should also have a larger wage increase to keep up with other companies.
