There is always room to grow upward, not to mention, routinely we are evaluated on performance. The additional bonuses based on shop scores enables the store team to work together towards a common goal.
The most positive is the sense of ownership our employees have in the stores. Essentially, the employees do in fact own more of the company and that sense of ownership creates an environment of pride and doing your best to be the best.
