I feel I work harder than some of my co workers but we all make the same

Understaffed, overworked, super high expectations without gratitude from corporate

I feel like im doing the job of two people and still get paid the same as those that do not care about the job.

Being a part time clerk we do most of the work and keep the store up to standards but yet we don't get bonuses? The long hours and no breaks or lunch is pretty unfair. I'm lucky if I get to eat and when I do it's at the register and I still have to help customers while eating. Doing ALOT for lilpay

What are some of the best things about your team?

We all communicate well and try to help each other to keep the store clean, running smoothly, and be positive towards each and every customer whether they are homeless or drive up in a Ferrari.

We all know and understand each other well and have a strong sense of togetherness

I would say try to make it more relaxed. The guy interviewing me was nice but everything felt really stiff. Also maybe try to have a male and female interviewer. Some people find it easier to talk to women which will let their true traits and abilities show through more in the interview.
