Not much anymore. Anyone can get a job at QT now. Before you knew you were the best of the best if you were hired at QuikTrip
While in the interview process, I received excellent feedback on all questions. Everything was well explained; expectations, pay, day to day, and even first hand knowledge of the stores from every level of employment.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I would say try to make it more relaxed. The guy interviewing me was nice but everything felt really stiff. Also maybe try to have a male and female interviewer. Some people find it easier to talk to women which will let their true traits and abilities show through more in the interview.
