Too much work but we are not allowed to file an OT. We are encouraged to go offline once our shift is over,but the thing is if we leave the pending tasks we are going to be left behind with the workload. Also, ISR post outside Rahi has commission on top of the basic and allowance we should have that

Provide a better benefit in salary reward, increment, annual bonus, 13th month wages, more allowance. We find complete onsite setup unsatisfactory. Maintaining a constant presence in the office fails to demonstrate a healthy work-life balance. There are other company that's under PEZA but they still can go work from home. The time we spent in travel can be spent with our personal errands at home.

we are hoping for work from home or hybrid set up , we are more productive in home, the travel time will lessen going to office and also be lessen our expenses in transportation. not all employees here has a benefit for transpo allowance.
