Remove politics from the company and there I haven't seen any value in education, skills, and experience. The person who doesn't anything about that field/project is the manager of that team and the person who knows 80 percent of the team and projects going on is working at low pay rate, no-value.

Provide a better benefit in salary reward, increment, annual bonus, 13th month wages, more allowance. Treat employees as treasure to the company as we are the products that generate income to the company. Be generous in increment and salary payout. Listen and help employees to solve issues at work.

I think it would help to create social groups of sorts like what other companies have (e.g. for gamers, LGBTQ+ people, women in tech, etc.). This helps project a sense of community and diversity within the company while also making it not seem so stuffy and corporate.

Management have to be changed. Environment is too toxic to work with. Managers have no idea how to communicate and just showing their own incompetent to the customer. As all this result of a big down fall to rahi systems. It is a disgrace working in rahi systems.
