Remove politics from the company and there I haven't seen any value in education, skills, and experience. The person who doesn't anything about that field/project is the manager of that team and the person who knows 80 percent of the team and projects going on is working at low pay rate, no-value.

They need to step up the game rather than doing routine work. No career progression, no initiative, no effort, no creativity in resolving problems. They do not think in advance and plan ahead of time. No motivation in short.

Everyone is incredibly personable and willing to help but you may want ot be cautious. Everyone I have worked with seems like they are new to the company. their role, their profession aside from a few. There are quite a few silos/gates/hand offs. Many roles are ill defined or missing.

Most coworkers are ok. However, some are annoying. There is nothing the company should do to improve this situations because it is out of their control.

I am expected to work and fill in wherever my team members are not able to. It is a better solution to train everyone based on the competencies they are required to perform their job. When I am learning something in my work, no one is expected to help me
