Remove politics from the company and there I haven't seen any value in education, skills, and experience. The person who doesn't anything about that field/project is the manager of that team and the person who knows 80 percent of the team and projects going on is working at low pay rate, no-value.

Everyone is incredibly personable and willing to help but you may want ot be cautious. Everyone I have worked with seems like they are new to the company. their role, their profession aside from a few. There are quite a few silos/gates/hand offs. Many roles are ill defined or missing.
