Communicate, communication has to be without codes and not partial

Remove politics from the company and there I haven't seen any value in education, skills, and experience. The person who doesn't anything about that field/project is the manager of that team and the person who knows 80 percent of the team and projects going on is working at low pay rate, no-value.

Listen to the team feedback, help to resolve conflicts and fight for a better team benefits and rewards. Be active in gathering feedback from the team rather than to brush away or threatening the team.

The leadership team of Rahi in Singapore needs to start trusting its employees, providing more transparency, understanding our concerns, providing better benefits rather than clamping down the entire team with more and more rules. They need to act matured and learn some management skills.

Decisions made are communicated without any foundation - often someone isn't able to follow - and its better to "not ask questions" and "not beeing sick" even when vomitting on site or at the office - not even a thank you..
