We find complete onsite setup unsatisfactory. Maintaining a constant presence in the office fails to demonstrate a healthy work-life balance. There are other company that's under PEZA but they still can go work from home. The time we spent in travel can be spent with our personal errands at home.

we are hoping for work from home or hybrid set up , we are more productive in home, the travel time will lessen going to office and also be lessen our expenses in transportation. not all employees here has a benefit for transpo allowance.

More flexible working arrangements must be considered especially that most companies are opting to hybrid or 100% WFH. Company must look at the output not at the attendance

Remove politics from the company and there I haven't seen any value in education, skills, and experience. The person who doesn't anything about that field/project is the manager of that team and the person who knows 80 percent of the team and projects going on is working at low pay rate, no-value.

I can't find the reason why need to go to office daily when you there's no difference on working at home and working at the office. wfh set up at the Ph policy has no option but to work at the office.
