The trainings. I think the format in which they're offered is more appealing than say the approach of: 'go do a course or you can't work here. The message is finessed and that shows intelligence which encourages me to want to be better.

It can be challenging to connect with people remotely. I don't know what a lot of people look like and there isn't much discussion about things besides work. Would love some "culture" related events to encourage team building and motivation. Or even some non-work related teams chat channels

Promote accordingly. Don't give everybody inflated titles. Pay accordingly, don't make people leave to get a competitive salary. Don't promise days off or summer fridays when you can't deliver on that promise.

I think we lack a shared vision and identity. Frequently, it feels like 'decisions' are made on the basis of least resistance, rather than the collective benefit of the company. Our organization isn't structured to cultivate growth.
