Razorfish Outlook Employee Reviews

What makes you most happy at work?

Getting reassurance that I'm doing the right thing and that I'm doing a good job

Review from Marketing Dept

Being able to follow my passion as a writer and Jeep Wrangler lover

Review from Marketing Dept

I love to collaborate with other creatives, I love to connect beyond the realms of professional conversations and get to know all of these wonderfully intelligent and creative people.

Review from Design Dept

Engaging my brain and creativity. Making things. Supporting my team in their efforts to do the same. Championing opportunities for them to thrive in their craft and team culture.

Review from Design Dept

What makes me most happy is seeing my original content be used in decks for clients.

Review from Marketing Dept

personal/team achievement that brings the greatest outcome for both RZF and clients.

Review from Communications Dept

what makes me happiest is talking to my manager because she really cares about me

Review from Marketing Dept

Being able to close my laptop at the end of the day or on Friday and not have to work too much overtime

Review from Customer Success Dept

A good foundation of trust with my manager and my client. And that I've accumulated some solid wins.

Review from Engineering Dept

Working with people I consider friends makes me the most happy at work

Review from Marketing Dept

Talking to my coworkers and the work

Review from Marketing Dept

Making a difference and interacting with others

Review from Design Dept

I really love the work I was hired to do-it's engaging and exciting

Review from HR Dept

When I receive new projects/work that is more creatively interesting. I also look forward to when my local office hosts events like last week we had a yoga class and a Q&A with the CEO of Alo.

Review from Design Dept

The work itself is challenging and it feels like we are making an impact in the business of our clients.

Review from Design Dept

The people I work with!

Review from Marketing Dept

The projects and teams I am working on. Sometimes things get stressful, but we all work as a team to help each other out. And no negativity. We're all in this together.

Review from Design Dept

Being surrounded by smart, driven people. And free lunch!

Review from Marketing Dept

The trainings. I think the format in which they're offered is more appealing than say the approach of: 'go do a course or you can't work here. The message is finessed and that shows intelligence which encourages me to want to be better.

Review from Engineering Dept

Getting to connect with my team throughout the day and support each other through difficult days.

Review from Operations Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

It's hard to care about certain industries/projects, especially if you don't get to pick them. We cant have bench time these days to find right fits.

Review from Product Dept

It can be challenging to connect with people remotely. I don't know what a lot of people look like and there isn't much discussion about things besides work. Would love some "culture" related events to encourage team building and motivation. Or even some non-work related teams chat channels

Review from Product Dept

Promote accordingly. Don't give everybody inflated titles. Pay accordingly, don't make people leave to get a competitive salary. Don't promise days off or summer fridays when you can't deliver on that promise.

Review from Design Dept

Wish the clients were more inspiring.

Review from Design Dept

I think we lack a shared vision and identity. Frequently, it feels like 'decisions' are made on the basis of least resistance, rather than the collective benefit of the company. Our organization isn't structured to cultivate growth.

Review from Engineering Dept

My lack of enthusiasm is likely a result of a pandemic-era WFH burnout. Having spent time on several long-term campaigns, change is always welcomed to refresh my creative enthusiasm
