Comfortable. Lots of growth. Fun and excited. Doesn't even feel like work most of the time.

Intimacy, care, flat hierarchy, best interest for my career.
Review from Marketing Dept
How encouraging and flexible they are
Review from Marketing Dept
I like that RZF is a flat structure, and I like that the senior leaders in my department still actually contribute work in our discipline - don't wholly delegate everything out. Makes me feel like they are still aware of LOE, new trends, etc. Keeps us all grounded!
Review from Design Dept
Communicative and transparent. Open about our values (even resigned a client to stay aligned to them). Hard working (even come to client pitches to help win new work).
Review from Design Dept
I admire that the leadership team cares for my well-being and takes action to improve work life balance when I bring up that I feel spread thin.
Review from Marketing Dept
Easier PTO management. Figure out how to decrease burnout. Figure out how to stop pressure induced bullying.
Review from Marketing Dept
there isn't transparency within the organization. There is clearly some downturn in business that seems like the elephant in the room on any call.
Review from HR Dept
Keeping their word and hiring people. Many people have been lured in with the story of starting as a freelancer and being converted to full time in a few months. There is a hiring freeze in place and people are stuck in limbo. Do the right thing and bring these people on full time.
Review from Design Dept
"Title harmonization" is literally the 'January 6th' of HR disasters. How does a mass title bump with no pay bump to literally 100% of the company benefit anybody? You are telling me that I have been operating above my title for how long? And you did not rectify with a promotion earlier?
Review from Design Dept
401k because it gives me security with my saving
Review from Marketing Dept
Health insurance and retirement. Plus the starting pay scale.
Review from Marketing Dept
I like that there is a WFH stipend, but it really is very minimal considering its for a full year.
Review from Design Dept
Both my base salary and bonus are a great deal lower than my last job but the bonus actually paid out at 100%. And as a creative an important part of the equation is the work and team and I love both.
Review from Design Dept
My annual salary and flexible/unlimited PTO. I'm excited for Work the World some day
Review from Design Dept
I believe the company should pay employee more for HSA, especially for the one has a child/children. What company is currently paying is too lower for the companies that are a lot smaller scale than RZF.
Review from Communications Dept
Given inflation within the past 5 years, an entry level salary unfortunately does not go very far. I feel I work very hard, but I know employees do become eligible for a possible raise after a year or so.
Review from Operations Dept
The compensation is not competitive or on par for my industry
Review from Design Dept
I am not sure if I get paid what others in my position earn, it would be nice to have transparency or more discussions about pay levels. Its not that I dont get paid enough, but am I paid what others make in my position.
Review from Design Dept
Undervalued compared to similar titles in other industries
Review from Design Dept
Everyone is willing to lean in to something outside their discipline in order to deliver above expectations work
Review from Marketing Dept
They're friendly and talented! Always working hard.
Review from Marketing Dept
Everyone can independently get the work done without a lot of fluff or pomp and circumstance. I feel my voice and opinion is genuinely appreciated and regarded as a subject matter expert, even though I am still new to the company.
Review from Design Dept
My team is super smart and passionate yet works to stay balanced, humble and connected. We have a culture where everyone can be an interesting human and not just their work persona.
Review from Design Dept
I love how creative and results driven my teams are.
Review from Marketing Dept
There is no team culture.
Review from Design Dept
Better Teams etiquette (or even better, switch to Slack or Discord), reduce emails and meeting time and learn to communicate more efficiently via messaging platforms
Review from Design Dept
I feel siloed and despite my manager's best intentions, people seem to care about their day to day jobs more than about integration.
Review from Marketing Dept
I just think we're all overworked and tired and don't have time to really collaborate
Review from Design Dept
People are actively pushing for in-person interactions and building internal relationships
Review from Marketing Dept
Work from home, unlimited PTO. They treat us like adults.
Review from Marketing Dept
RZF really doesn't expect us to work more than we ought to. There's no pressure to go overtime, to work a higher level job in order to get promoted. It's generally a very healthy culture.
Review from Design Dept
Activity, openness, support, hard work, interesting challenges, friendly and accepting among other things. I'm not sure I could retain my sanity working a corporate job that is slow and hyper structured to prevent innovation (while trumpeting it out of the other side of its mouth).
Review from Design Dept
The comunication levels are great and we understand each other.
Review from Marketing Dept
Experience highly depends on client
Review from Design Dept
Our purpose feels hollow. In fact, in the day-to-day I don't remember what it is. My purpose is to provide the best service to our clients that I can and to grow the business, but I think that I am in the minority.

Being able to follow my passion as a writer and Jeep Wrangler lover
Review from Marketing Dept
I love to collaborate with other creatives, I love to connect beyond the realms of professional conversations and get to know all of these wonderfully intelligent and creative people.
Review from Design Dept
Engaging my brain and creativity. Making things. Supporting my team in their efforts to do the same. Championing opportunities for them to thrive in their craft and team culture.
Review from Design Dept
What makes me most happy is seeing my original content be used in decks for clients.
Review from Marketing Dept
It's hard to care about certain industries/projects, especially if you don't get to pick them. We cant have bench time these days to find right fits.
Review from Product Dept
It can be challenging to connect with people remotely. I don't know what a lot of people look like and there isn't much discussion about things besides work. Would love some "culture" related events to encourage team building and motivation. Or even some non-work related teams chat channels
Review from Product Dept
Promote accordingly. Don't give everybody inflated titles. Pay accordingly, don't make people leave to get a competitive salary. Don't promise days off or summer fridays when you can't deliver on that promise.
Review from Design Dept
Wish the clients were more inspiring.
Review from Design Dept
I think we lack a shared vision and identity. Frequently, it feels like 'decisions' are made on the basis of least resistance, rather than the collective benefit of the company. Our organization isn't structured to cultivate growth.
