RedShelf Compensation Employee Reviews

¿Cuál es la mejor parte de su paquete de compensación?

Benefits are good. Compensation is fair. All around satisfied.

Strong salary, rather than most of my compensation derived from commissions.

Salary is great... bonuses are very achievable.

Starting out with 3 weeks vacation is a great perk. The Health Insurance is very affordable.

Revisión Review del Departamento de Customer Success · Publicado hace 4 años

Flexibility around vacation time and time off. I have been actively encouraged to make sure I don't forget to use all my vacation time by both managers and HR. Work from home has continued to be flexible and the company has worked to accommodate both those who want to stay remote and those who don't

Revisión Review del Departamento de Ingienería · Publicado hace 5 años

Decent base salary; new OKRs are being delivered late for the first half and I feel rushed to obtain.

The potential for bonus pay and comprehensive benefits.

Competitive salary and good options for medical

Revisión Publicado hace 5 años

I've had the opportunity to apply for and get a promotion, which came with a nice pay raise. Additionally, everyone has the opportunity to each bonuses twice a year. Our benefits package is pretty great as well.

It provides a good balance and covers all of my needs

¿Por qué te sientes infravalorado y qué te haría sentir mejor con respecto a tu compensación?

The pay scale for my position, generally/in the industry, has shifted upward dramatically, and I my salary has not kept up.

Revisión Review del Departamento de Mercadotecnia · Publicado hace 4 años

Compensation needs to be competitive with other companies in the industry. Example: A person in my role, at Google, makes almost $80K. I don't make anywhere near that. It is hard to stay at a company when compensation is so much higher somewhere else and makes employees feel undervalued.

Revisión Review del Departamento de Customer Success · Publicado hace 4 años

I am paid below market rate given my experience level and the measure of success I've had at RedShelf. A 401k match, market-equivalent pay, and more junior team members to take on some of the more mundane tasks that I've grown beyond would go a long way.

I would like to make more money

Revisión Review del Departamento de Customer Success · Publicado hace 4 años

We wear a lot of different hats and do a lot of different things. Especially when it comes to billing. Most companies have separate teams that carry out customer service and billing duties and there should be a separation of powers there. I have also taken on a lot more heavy hitting accounts.

Revisión Review del Departamento de Customer Success · Publicado hace 5 años

RedShelf seems to compensate under market average. I think the intention is to offset this with bonuses, but IMO bonuses should take you up and beyond market average, not land you right at them if you actually get your full bonus.

Being made aware of comp plan and then know that it is achieveable

Revisión Review del Departamento de Ventas · Publicado hace 5 años

I perform job functions outside the job descriptions I was hired to do. the turnover leaves me doing other people's jobs on understaffed teams. my bonus compensation has been decreased with each adjustment. I have no voice to push back, it feels like I'm being robbed

Revisión Review del Departamento de Atención al Cliente · Publicado hace 5 años

There are times I feel overworked and underpaid for the amount of manual work that has to be done.
