In general, people are positive and supportive and interested in helping each other. A huge percentage of the company has turned over in the last year, at just about every level. With so many new faces we're actively feeling out what the new culture will be, which is both a risk and an opportunity.

We continue to grow quickly, but it doesn't seem to ruffle the culture. Everyone is busy but makes time for smiles, laughs, and activity. RedShelf also coordinates a ton of events to bring folks together from time to time since we're all remote.
