I've never had to advocate for myself working at Relode, my managers have always been very intentional about making sure I'm paid fairly and that I have an open line of communication available to discuss pay if I need to.

Salaries are below industry standards. Benefits and perks aren't great. That being said - there's an understanding that we're not profitable yet and the salaries, benefits, perks, etc. typically come with success and profitability.

I love my company, coworkers, and wholeheartedly believe in Relode's mission. However, I know that my yearly wage is significantly less than that of my teammates who work the same job; and I would assert that my work ethic justifies a comparable salary.

- 401k match, - better benefits: benefits are terrible and expensive to the employee. - compensation for extra hours/efforts: for a long time we have followed leadership, do everything asked, then results do not come, this is a long running cycle, the churn goes uncompensated.
