I love my company, coworkers, and wholeheartedly believe in Relode's mission. However, I know that my yearly wage is significantly less than that of my teammates who work the same job; and I would assert that my work ethic justifies a comparable salary.

The team is fun and personable
Relode has an extremely collaborative team (for a Remote work environment). We communicate with each other on a daily basis and everyone is willing to give a helping hand when needed, regardless of their position. We are all committed to helping each other be the best professionals that we can be!
Team is always willing to discuss problems and solutions to those problems whenever they arise. They also leave no stone unturned when looking for those solutions.

I feel that the environment really rewards hard work, and enthusiasm towards your work. I appreciate the understanding of each person as an individual also instead of just a number in a line producing results. There is a good blend of work life balance here.
