The benefits are not good, i have health equity, for both my HSA and my FSA. But my recent Cataract surgery cant be paid out of my FSA because the surgery was performed at McKay- Dee surgical center, therefore it has to be paid out of pocket/ HSA.

The share benefit scheme is highly misleading and mostly useless for a lot of people. Quarterly bonus is almost non existent. Also there is no equality in the pay, everyone is underpaid at different rates.
