Relaxed and not to scripted
They were friendly and honest about their intentions in hiring me.
Short and sweet, they needed someone to do a job and thats it

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
it took 2 months to get everything done and the medical testing was a joke
The whole interviewing 30 people at the same time by 10 people is just ridiculous.
General managers and MDs tend to only interview people in the purple circle and promotions are increasingly going to people who have no technical competence
