QL moves you around to different Leaders and Specialties more often that I would like. The compensation does not match the hardcore go go go environment and expectations for production. Goals change monthly.

They need to uncap our processing bonus and provide actual incentives like they do for the bankers in march. Not saying I want a full on car but the $25 Starbucks gift cards are really just a slap in the face.
