Actively listening to the employee and making better decisions about termination policy. I was a great performer on the job and did very well, new processes given and mistakes were made. Even if the policy was new, there was no grace for most mistakes.

INTRODUCE Work and Life balance. Having customers prioritized over profits. Treat employees with dignity and not just as a resource. Realistic delivery expectations. How about employee satisfaction and company culture being a KPI?
