What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen and help find solutions

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actively listening to the employee and making better decisions about termination policy. I was a great performer on the job and did very well, new processes given and mistakes were made. Even if the policy was new, there was no grace for most mistakes.
INTRODUCE Work and Life balance. Having customers prioritized over profits. Treat employees with dignity and not just as a resource. Realistic delivery expectations. How about employee satisfaction and company culture being a KPI?
communication between departments is very poor.

Competitive salary, decent package, but lacks bonus

Some of the smartest people I worked with. Highly dedicated, accountable and dependable.

My team is hard-working and everyone respects and values each other.

better alignment on company goals; everyone's personal goals conflict with team goals which is detrimental

Engineering really wants to provide the best solutions.

Be more transparent on the pay scale to let employees know this may not be a good fit if you're motivated to make more money.
