Out of the 4 main styles of communication, I find that the majority of the leadership staff at ServiceMaster use the Direct/Task Oriented style of communication. With that I am able to perform at my most optimal because I have received clear instruction on my given tasks and job responsibilities.

I began as a water technician for a competetor company. After allot of hard work I am now a mitigation estimator. Restoration is my career choice and I want to move up as much as possible. Actually seeing myself move up in this industry through hard work has made me very happy. I love what I do.
