In this company, if you arent a man you get looked over.

Yes. I feel as though I should be paid a competitive wage for the market and industry that I am in.

Insurance is is +$700 for a family of 4.

Then actually doing there job right

Having a retirement plan in place.

The management needs to pay for their employees to become certified at every level, for every circumstance. Not lie and claim to be certified & qualified only falsely

Too Many meetings with little improvement.

Working together to get everybody what they need

They are just warm bodies. They have no experience and they do not care about working. We could work better together if they put forth an effort of trying. The company needs to listen to other employees complaints about coworkers

The confidence in which we all speak to clients. We are all working in this industry for a reason and that helps us sympathize with the client and reassure them that we are there to help gain back their normal everyday lives.

A new manager needs to be assigned and the current manager doesnt wvwe need to work for there ever again!!

Whwn the day is finally over

I began as a water technician for a competetor company. After allot of hard work I am now a mitigation estimator. Restoration is my career choice and I want to move up as much as possible. Actually seeing myself move up in this industry through hard work has made me very happy. I love what I do.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Too much back-stabbing within the company. People only concerned about their own careers vs. the good of the company. Not enough expertise within departments. Hang on to poor performers too long
