The confidence in which we all speak to clients. We are all working in this industry for a reason and that helps us sympathize with the client and reassure them that we are there to help gain back their normal everyday lives.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

A new manager needs to be assigned and the current manager doesnt wvwe need to work for there ever again!!

Not to be private Owned and all blood related family members

Too many things need ro be done to change the culture

better employees and management. If they paid more money they would get better employees
