  • SevOne's business is stagnant. Only large organizations who are dependent on services to be up 99.99% of the time and need scalability want to use SevOne. Most organizations are cutting costs out of IT and SevOne is too expensive for most.

  • The company cannot transform quickly enough to the changing market. Venture capital is drying up. If the customer needs a solid scalable network performance management system, it is a good choice. But not too many need it.

  • 4 week PTO even for new hires. Great!

  • You have unlimited vacations. But are expected to meet your work assignments. However, if you get laid off you have nothing accrued. The policy kind of sounds good from the beginning, but you tend to need to work on vacations either way. So I'd rather have paid time off.
