If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at SevOne?
Not sure it could improve after the layoffs.

Social activities has been a little slow lately.
What part of SevOne's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
SevOne's business is stagnant. Only large organizations who are dependent on services to be up 99.99% of the time and need scalability want to use SevOne. Most organizations are cutting costs out of IT and SevOne is too expensive for most.
The company cannot transform quickly enough to the changing market. Venture capital is drying up. If the customer needs a solid scalable network performance management system, it is a good choice. But not too many need it.
What are your coworkers at SevOne like?
Intelligent team players
Most coworkers are very pleasant and helpful, Sr. Management, however is disconnected and not the best managers around as they use punitive measures.
Does SevOne have any remote positions?
A significant portion of the System Engineers and Software Developers in the Professional Services department work remotely

How's the vacation policy at SevOne?
4 week PTO even for new hires. Great!
You have unlimited vacations. But are expected to meet your work assignments. However, if you get laid off you have nothing accrued. The policy kind of sounds good from the beginning, but you tend to need to work on vacations either way. So I'd rather have paid time off.
What's the work from home policy like at SevOne?
It all depends on your role. Many roles are fine as work from home, however if there is supervision/monitoring needed, then you have to be in the office.
What's the vibe like in the Sales dept at SevOne? How many hours are you working?
Over 40 hours a week.

Most think he lives in an ivory tower.
