Everyone from the top down is invested in your growth and happiness at work and as an individual.

Balance! Our office has meditation pods and cozy places where you can go to reset. We meditate before team meetings. We respect non-work priorities that come up. We work fast and deal with alot of pressure, yet we approach problems constructively and this helps keep unnecessary stress to a minimum
