the company has zero upward mobility for people of color and minimal upward mobility for women. all the executives, board members, owners, and decision-makers are white males, with the exception of one white female. the company does not promote from within. we need to diversify the executive team.

the best thing about the leadership team is their desire to improve the value of the company.

i like the fact that i got to meet the entire team, including vice president when i interviewed.

there are a lot of young people working here who have an infectious exuberance, energy, and positive outlook. my peers make our culture enjoyable. it is also nice to have a casual dress code wherein we can wear jeans, tees, sneakers to work. the monthly events are cute too.

they need to get better at compensating their employees fairly. also, they need a better benefits package. their benefits are horrible! health insurance for a family here costs over $6K per year, yet my department gets paid in the $30K. it is not affordable. it would be nice to have 401k matching

there is zero upward mobility and the compensation and benefits packages could be better. this is simply not a place to make a career. you cannot raise a family on this income. health insurance is too costly for our pay. they need to have transparency when it comes to growth and raises.

we do not get compensated fairly for the work we do, for the industry we are competing in, and for the cost of living in south florida. their benefits do not attract professional adults w experience and education. this is not a place to make a career. this is good for 20 y/o with no kids/family.
