No drug test, talked to references for background check, not sure if they check legal/criminal records.

I wouldn't recommend working at Snow, find another company to work for.

Benefits are ok, but the mythical stock options are a joke. Nothing coming anytime soon, and come with legal handcuffs on a 40 page documents you have to sign to accept them.
