The new leadership (RD) has made absolutely no effort to get to know me or my team at all, which is an indication that she is not invested. There is no constructive feedback or education, only criticism. The new RD has never offered any selling strategies and tips. Definitely not a leader.

Valuing the hard work their clinical staff already does and not make us record or take tests on the work we are already doing. If we were not doing that work already we would not be employed at sonobello. It makes us feel like we will never get ahead/pay raise.

Surgeon compensation is low and needs to be higher. PCCs and managing staff also need to respect surgeons and our medical opinions. I feel like i'm constantly fighting to protect patient safety while all the PCCs care about is making money and it's making me feel like just a technician.

Paying lower employees like PA's who are the first line Patients speak to a more livable wage. While we are yelled at, sworn at and sometimes have Patient's be inappropriate to us those in higher positions make more. I have worked here for over 3 years and only have had a 50 cent wage.

Listening to the needs of the staff (specifically the clinical staff). Its frustrating to be working in a healthcare field but our leaders and managers don't have healthcare knowledge.

Scheduling, staffing, and making sure that the people who work the hardest in the company (the nurses, MA's, and all others in the BACK) are taken care of better. We are the reason Sono Bello is successful. At the clinic I work at, the teamwork is excellent, however the morale in the back, awful.
