What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Just a lot of negative attitudes, lack of communication. Complacent things that just kind of get looked past on. More benefits more bonuses more incentives. People work harder when they know they are appreciated and know that things are being taken care of

We have so many 'problems' with PAs doing things incorrectly, being rude to patients/other PAs, etc. Simply ensuring our coaching is actually doing something and perhaps more 'punishment' (for lack of better words) for the continuing incorrect processes.

The money is the least I have ever made, especially for what they expect out of us.

Everything always falls back to the nurses, if something goes wrong, if the schedule was made incorrectly, if the paperwork was done wrong, etc. Ask less of the clinical staff or pay them accordingly.

High stress level, mainly due to personalities amongst the physicians. Nurses too often reduced to tears. No probation nor behavior modification attempts, money making trumps ethics.

Things dont change. Stop focusing so much on the sales and the executives ans take care lf the little people. Communication compensation pto need to be better. Enabling and the negativity has continued and made things worse. The flow is way off, teamwork needs rk be instilled as a team not the pcc

Better PCC education on respect for surgeons and appropriately educating patients (instead of lying to them for sales). Better compensation and at least improved payroll accuracy so i do not have to correct every paycheck i receive.

You used the word exciting. Not applicable. However what’s wrong at our location is that there is no discipline and people call off work frequently therefore destroying any team comradeship. These people are consistently the same

There is a huge class divide between the front office (office manager, nurse manager, pcc) and the medical workers in the back.

Some staff members are not nice and very hard on new staff. They will call you out and make sure you are aware of what you did wrong.

Management understanding needs of the clinical staff. We need clinical managers in place to be the voice for our clinical workers. We need a morale boost. And we need to feel valued and appreciated as well as being compensated for the level of work we do everyday.

As previously stated, I feel as if I'm not 100% trusted to actually be doing my job as is outlined, as if I'm avoiding work. There must be some miscommunication as we're virtual and it can happen, but that would be the biggest, pressing issue.
