I think that things need to be addressed and not shoved under the rug and then they keep happening. I think again more team building activities and meeting pertaining to everyone not just clinical. There's so much negative tension at work that its stiffling to work at. I can't stand the PCC and her lack of respect, but management constantly makes excuses for her. Payroll is also an absolute horrow show. My compensation is never accurate and I have to constantly fight for patient safety.
