The labor during set up in the summer is very intense. Working in the heat for long periods of time, lifting heavy walls, ect. That being said, I don't mind doing all that, but the pay could be alittle more for the intensive part of the set up, then lowered back to normal rate after.

Store managers should make more money. We hold the whole store upright in the most chaotic atmosphere and make the company so much money. You would think they would value is more.

Being a store manager (SM), I barely made more that the Assistant Managers and being the SM, there is a lot more responsibility. When the Assistant manager's pay raised, mine did not and I believe that to be unfair.

I was asked to beyond what was required. A corporate manager tried to have me fired for reporting the illegal activities I witnessed. I recieved no apologies or gratitude. I spent a lot of money out of my own pocket trying to fix things. I would like to see next season actually be successful

Bonuses have been restructured in such a way as to lower top performers. We have had to share our earnings so more people could get rewarded even if they didn't earn it. I have not gotten compensated year so I make less each year in relation to cost of living.

We often didn't get our 30 minutes unpaid lunch when working 8 or more hours. We were lucky if we even got our 10 minute break. They cared more about us pushing sales than about us being hungry or needing bathroom breaks.
