They're understanding, patient, and willing to work with any real life stuff that might come up. The leadership I work with treats us both as coworkers and family. We're all human, we're all bound to make mistakes, and when things do happen, they're always willing to work with us on this areas.

My managers are cool, helpful, and understanding.

The Leadership is very open and has a direct line to any communication. Answers are given promptly or if unknown , the leadership makes it a point to find out quickly.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Be a better manager. Have the proper training

Experience communication following the rules understanding expectations knowing how to do their job being respectful open communication clear communication compliance appreciation for employees who have not only done their job well for many years but are putting off their lives for this job

Solving the problems that store managers don’t have time to solve. That’s what their job is but I did not see my district manager do that. They only have 3 to 4 stores but they hire people that aren’t equipped for the job so you still don’t get the support y

They need to be better at communicating with each other. I have one manager telling me to do one thing, and when I do it, another manager comes over and yells at me that I need to be doing something else. They walk off while I'm trying to talk to them about it.
