Theres no best thinga about my team. Everyone expects me to do the heavy lifting and strain myself as if I'm a robot but dont treat me with respect or humanly. I'm always getting belittled and told in the most rude way to do something. I don't mind working but I don't mind being disrespected.
The few I have right now with open availability and drive, makes it worth store managing the location I am at.
Different personalitys and people from all walks of life
My team was very energetic and task orientated. I knew that if there was something that needed to be done, it would be done in a timely manner. They were trustworthy and eager to excel in their job.

Coworkers where great it was management that was the problem
They need to improve on allot
Stop treating the new employees like they know absolutely nothing

Upper management made no effort to hire employees for the season. We were understaffed and ended up with zero experience workers who played around on shopping carts and sat around smoking or disappearing while a select few did all the heavy lifting and maintenance
