Everyone works really well together and we keep the store flowing when we change tasks. Someone will always take over for someone if they need to go do another task.

Theres no best thinga about my team. Everyone expects me to do the heavy lifting and strain myself as if I'm a robot but dont treat me with respect or humanly. I'm always getting belittled and told in the most rude way to do something. I don't mind working but I don't mind being disrespected.

Upper management made no effort to hire employees for the season. We were understaffed and ended up with zero experience workers who played around on shopping carts and sat around smoking or disappearing while a select few did all the heavy lifting and maintenance
