I think the best part about working at Stratton is the fulfilling work we do. Our CEO Michael Mikhail makes sure every employee is getting what they need in the company. I appreciated that when I first started out. I can't recommend this company more and our customers feel the same way.

My overall experience has been very pleasant. In my initial job interview, I was concerned about how difficult the position really would be. However, the CEO reassured me that he would guide me every step of the way and I have not felt lost since. Can't recommend Stratton Equities enough.
