What do you like best about the leadership team?
As in any company and organization, problems and issues arise. Unlike other companies I have worked at the CEO and team quickly fix problems. So even though there can be issues, they are never left unresolved.
They are very on top of you and don't let things slip. They are not an easy going team to apease, but they are supportive.

Our CEO at Stratton Equities Michael Mikhail makes sure that all new LO are properly trained. This was something I appreciated greatly when I was just starting out. He makes sure to sit with each of us if we have a question or need to go over something. It is a very productive way to learn.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Getting paid well for our efforts and dedication is important and appreciated.
This position is not about the compensation package, it is about the support, inbound leads, and the amount of money a new loan officer can make.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Working in Marketing is challenging. With such a unique and dynamic brand it is important to properly express the company's brand and vision. And I am happy to do.
There are no headaches and drama in our team. We are all here to help each other succeed, make a lot of money, and be happy.
There is no drama nad animosity, everyone is a team player and wants everyone to achieve success.

We always look out for our borrower's best interest I enjoy making relationships with our clients. They are appreciative that we are able to secure financing when they couldn't have secured it elsewhere.
