Our CEO always makes sure everyone's needs are accounted for, something I wasn't used to in other positions at different offices.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our CEO at Stratton Equities Michael Mikhail makes sure that all new LO are properly trained. This was something I appreciated greatly when I was just starting out. He makes sure to sit with each of us if we have a question or need to go over something. It is a very productive way to learn.
