The leadership team is improving! The addition of Anita has been an incredible boost to effectiveness, morale, strategy and craft for the Design team. Generally, it seems like the leadership team is trying to increase alignment and clarity (even when it's clear that's challenging in this season).

Paying people based on their location and not based on their impact, tenure, or their work is morally bankrupt. I am making less than people who were hired later and have inarguably less impact. Leadership and HR have been stringing me along for years, getting my work at a huge discount.
